Delivering a $100M+ fibre infrastructure construction program across metro Melbourne, including a 280km+ new-build fibre rollout. We defined, developed, and implemented program governance processes from the ground up, and manage day-to-day program schedule, reporting, and communications across a wide stakeholder base — including direct engagement with government ministers, departmental bodies, and the client's board.
Delivered a $20 million rollout of over 100km of new fibre infrastructure network across Sydney and Melbourne, managing multiple projects end-to-end from design through to completion. Coordinated a wide range of stakeholders including internal project teams, subcontractors, and end clients across both cities.
Delivered over 300 fibre infrastructure projects nationally worth more than $20 million, managing project financials including budgets, expenditure, and financial reporting throughout. Held a Level 3 on-call position managing network faults, maintenance, and cutovers across the national network.
Delivered over 400 fibre infrastructure projects worth more than $6 million across Victoria, managing civil construction across regional, metro, and CBD locations. Managed project budgets, expenditure, materials, timelines, and milestones — and identified a splice-schedule coordination process that consolidated contractor joint visits, recognised by senior management for delivering significant cost savings.
Delivered a High Volume Multi Dwelling Unit FTTB program across 83 sites in metropolitan Victoria. Managed FTTB cabinet design, procurement, installation, integration, and defects rectification, along with AC power and earthing installation including separate metering arrangements.
Managed electrical designs nationally for a mobile base station rollout, including greenfield, upgrade, and co-location sites. Completed designs across residential, commercial, and high-voltage tower sites — offices, hospitals, warehouses, shopping centres, exchange buildings, and sports stadiums — working to a master program of works with milestone scheduling and tracking.
Delivered project engineering and performance reporting across major telecommunications and transport programs, including a national access and associated services program and a national wireless rollout, alongside intelligent transport system (ITS) maintenance programs for state road and rail authorities, including motorway transitway maintenance. Managed project financials, cost ledgers, contract valuations, and subcontractor invoicing, and helped roll out a new Oracle-based accounting system nationally.
